When the victim cannot or will not help your case.  From the non-verbal child to the teenager. What happens when your primary witness is difficult to handle?  In this session we will address how to work with some of our most difficult witnesses; the non-verbal child, the child struggling with mental health or chemical dependency, and those who do not want you to go forward with your case.  Learn about pretrial motions, witness and trial preparation techniques, and when ethics may dictate a plea.
