Jessica LaBore

Investigator with Saint Louis County Sheriff's Department

Jessica LaBore is a 15 year veteran of the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office. Formerly working as a patrol deputy and then a K-9 deputy, she now serves in the Criminal Investigations Division out of the Duluth office as an Investigator. This division consist of one Sergeant, 4 general Investigators, one dedicated ICAC/Computer Forensic Investigator and one civilian Evidence Technician.

Jessica majored in both Criminology and Sociology at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She is also a graduate of the Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College where she received her Certificate in Skills and her Certificate in Law Enforcement. She has been POST licensed in the state of MN since 2003.

Working with child victims and their families has encompassed a majority of Jessica’s cases since her promotion into Investigations in 2014. She has found holding offenders accountable for their actions to be very rewarding.
