Social Worker with St Louis County Initial Intervention Unit
Lindsay Sauer, MSW is a child protection social worker with St Louis County who conducts assessments and investigations into allegations of child maltreatment. In this role, Lindsay specializes in two areas she is passionate about: sexual abuse and Indian Child Welfare. Lindsay has over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses and behavioral difficulties as well as eight years of experience with adolescent and adult victims of sexual assault. Lindsay has a BS in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Lindsay serves as a Board Member of the Duluth YWCA and is a member of the First Witness Multidisciplinary Team.
