Minnesota Communities Caring for Children
John Soghigian has served in founding and leadership roles in community, district, and state committees and organizations. Currently, he is Project Facilitator for the Early Childhood Mental Health Initiative in North St. Louis County (SLC), its Relationships First Initiative, and a Parent Consultant for Minnesota Communities Caring for Children. He is a member of the SLC Public Health & Human Services Advisory Committee, the Arrowhead Behavioral Health Initiative board, the regional Family Home Visiting Advisory Board, the Early Childhood System Reform Advisory Committee of the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet and several workgroups for the State Departments of Health and Human Services.
