T Leeper (they/them) works at the University of Wisconsin-Superior as the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator for Gender and Sexuality Programs. They identify as a white, queer, nonbinary trans person, whose passions range from personal identity work to developing better practices of community care.

They have a double bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Science in Education degree in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. T delights in moments of connectedness and togetherness, and it is their deeply held belief that we must not only critically think, but also critically feel.
